I’m actually in the car right now on my way from Venice, FL to Jacksonville to spend my last day here so I’ll make this post short and sweet. Today also happens to be the first day of the Tone It Up Bikini Series! This will be my first time participating even though I’ve been a “member” for about 8 months. I say member lightly because I’ve only been half dedicated to exercise and nutrition during that period of time.
The Bikini Series is one of 4ish programs that the Tone It Up community does each year and it is an 8 week program. I am really excited to go on this journey of health and fitness and a little intimidated. Especially since I’m on vacation the first 3 days of the program!
I recieved a layout of my meals and workouts for every day for the next 8 weeks in my email a few days ago and it is obviously going to be a really intense journey but I think it is worth it and I owe this to myself and my body to see it through.
I will be posting more about my trip to Jacksonville and Venice soon but in the mean time what kinds of fitness programs and routines are your favorite?
